At VRST Performance, we strive to ensure all orders are processed and delivered quickly and securely. Below is a breakdown of our shipping procedures, timeframes, and policies.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

Custom or made-to-order products (such as rims or carbon fiber parts) may require additional processing time.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Times

Canada & USA: 5–10 business days (depending on region and courier).

International Orders: 10–20 business days, subject to customs processing times.

Please note that holidays or high-demand periods may cause minor delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.

Free shipping may apply to select promotions or qualifying orders (as stated at checkout).

Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment status through the courier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

Please contact us at info@vrstperformance.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.
We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligible returns and exchanges. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable.
